fframes-kit docs
fframes-kit is a library of animated components for fframes
videos. It takes Remotion’s model (a video is a function of the frame), Manim’s names
(Write, Transform, MathTex) and draws LaTeX with a built-in Typst, so formulas need no
TeX installation.
How the docs are organised
Section titled “How the docs are organised”- Start covers installing the kit, the first video and the optional LaTeX setup.
- Core is the part every video uses: time containers and fades, text and formulas, layout and shapes, transitions and effects, overlays and media, slides and decks, and how to write your own component.
- Kits are the subject libraries behind cargo features: math, physics, chemistry, computer science, machine learning, biology and 3D.
Every component section shows the explanation first, then a video rendered from the kit’s gallery, then the code. The code on these pages is the same code the crate’s documentation tests compile, with the setup lines hidden.
